We were tasked by a prominent business coaching agency to overhaul its web platform for professional learning. As partners, not just vendors, we took over system analysis, planning, deployment, and maintenance, providing an intuitive, user-friendly platform.

The initial platform lacked the necessary features for a seamless user experience. It needed to improve participants’ onboarding, provide them with valuable information, and keep data secured. Moreover, an upgrade was crucial due to an outdated technical stack.

Our solution was three-pronged:

  1. Enhancing UX: We restructured the entire coachee onboarding flow to ensure a smooth start and created a Design System. Our team played a pivotal role in this transformation, conducting user interviews and validating features to enhance the overall user experience.
  2. Streamlining Admin Operations: We revamped the entire admin panel and added a self-serve module which saved valuable time for the customer success team.
  3. Tech Upgrade: We added tons of missing tests and upgraded the technical framework from Ruby v2.5 and Rails v5 to Ruby v3 and Rails v6.1. This major upgrade ensured that the client had fully functional and reliable software to operate their business.
